Fairly new to the game of cricket, Duncan only picked up a bat for the first time in 2005 (and hasn't picked it up again since!) but soon found out that he was a natural…………..or we're all really bad. His unorthodox style of trying to slog every ball for six can make for some spectacular viewing but more often than not makes his time at the crease a very brief one. Cryer has also been known to bowl a few overs but his unique 'chucking' style may mean that his bowling is restricted unless we're really desperate. Strengths: - His 'no fear' approach to the game Weaknesses: - Needs to add 'shot selection' to his batting Interesting Fact: - Injured for the majority of the 2005 season after cycling into a tree when drunk, causing his shoulder and chest to turn yellow
